1. Cooperate with the company's business objectives, formulate human resources development plans and staffing amounts according to the results of manpower analysis and manpower forecasting;
2. Establish and improve the human resource management system, responsible for the overall organizational structure, job analysis, recruitment, salary, performance, training, employee relations and human costs;
3. According to the company's business needs, study the improvement plan of organizational responsibilities and division of rights and responsibilities;
4. Design, implement and improve the personnel management system and its operation process according to the human development plan, and ensure its effective implementation;
5. Provide suggestions on human resources strategy and organizational construction to the company's decision-making level, and strive to improve the company's comprehensive management level;
6. Empower managers at all levels, do a good job in the construction of echelon talents, and optimize the status quo of human resources;
7. Avoid employment risks and deal with employee labor disputes;
8. Review and guide the work of subordinates, assist in solving difficult problems, and coordinate communication and assistance among various departments;
